In adding a loading page code [CSS], make sure to paste it first before you paste your generated code (the code you'll get after generating it from OG) in the media box.
If you already have your generated code in your media box and you want to add a loading page code, you must put the loading page code and then, REGENERATE your html code at the OG and paste it on the media box.
