Now, I think most of the overlay users have cbox/shoutbox/saybox in there profile. So let me guide you on how to insert one into your profile.
How to insert CBOX [standard]:
1. Register a cbox account on http://www.cbox.ws
2. Modify the colors/fonts of your cbox to your likes. (OPTIONAL) Click on the Colors & Fonts Tab, and from there, edit them. You may click on the colour picker to help you in choosing your colors. Then click on APPLY to save the changes you have made. Click here for the image.
3. Get your cbox code. Click on the Quick Setup Tab, and copy the code that you will see in there. Click here for the image.
4. Paste the cbox code into your html code. Just paste the codes inside a <div> tags or tables to have it place on where you want it. Example:

<div id="Layer1" style="position:absolute; overflow:hidden;left:45px;top:190px;width:180px; height:70px;z-index:1;"> CBOX CODE HERE </div>
Make sure that the height and width of your your cbox doesn't exceed those of your <div> tags or tables. You can modify the red texts.
5. Generate your code in the Overlay Generator and paste it in your media box.
